| Opmerkingen |
Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer, not a sovereign or recognized monetary authority — "Kamberra" corresponds to no jurisdiction that has ever issued legal tender. These numisma-denominated notes are sold as collectibles and carry no circulating history whatsoever. The 2020 date marks the 500th anniversary of Raphael's death, which did generate genuine commemorative output from actual institutions across Europe; this piece rides that calendar hook without any institutional connection to it.
Franck Medina is a French designer who has produced work for several private commemorative series of this type. A watermark in a paper note of this origin is a decorative feature, not a functional security measure.
