Beschrijving voorzijde	The left portion carries a portrait vignette of Hồ Chí Minh within a rectangular frame, inscribed below with 'CHỦ TỊCH HỒ CHÍ MINH'. The large numeral '20' and the denomination text 'HAI MUOI DONG' are set to the right in bold letterpress, accompanied by a penalty clause in Vietnamese script. Two manuscript signatures appear at lower centre, attributed to the Giám Đốc of the Ngân Hàng Trung Ương and the Bộ Trưởng Bộ Tài Chính, with the notation 'KIỂU LOẠI' at lower right.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in reddish-brown on plain paper. A central vignette depicts a rural labour scene with two figures — a seated woman with agricultural produce and a standing worker at a mortar — set against a rising sun motif, rendered in a folk-art linear style.
