A large central guilloche medallion carries the numeral 20 within concentric lathe-work rings, encircled by the inscription SUOMEN MARKKAA above and below. The legend TAMPEREEN RAHATOIMIKAMARI is printed vertically along the left margin, with a dotted accounting line adjacent to it. The reverse also shows faint show-through of the obverse text. |
