| Obverse description | Printed in blue and yellow, the obverse centres on an intaglio portrait vignette of Finnish author Väinö Linna (1920–1992) at left-centre, with a stardust security thread running vertically through the centre-right of the note. An optical variable device (OVD) security patch is positioned at upper right, while two signatures and the series year appear at bottom centre and upper left respectively.
