| Obverse description | Letterpress print in green on pale paper, enclosed within a dark decorative border framing the entire composition. The central vignette, executed in a medieval woodcut style, renders a historical scene of bread bakers at the Council of Constance, with figures gathered around a wheeled oven and a market table laden with loaves and pretzels. The denomination "Zwanzig Mark" runs vertically in Gothic blackletter along the left margin, with the numeral "20" repeated in each corner. |
