| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in pale blue-green and carries a large central vignette of three figures in period costume — a blacksmith with hammer at left, a cook tending a roasting spit at centre, and a hunter at right — rendered in a crosshatched engraving style against a lightly ruled background. Above the vignette, a banner scroll bears the motto 'Landgraf, werde hart!' The denomination '20 Mark' appears in the vertical side borders. An overprinted text block in Gothic script occupies the centre, extending the note's validity period to 3 May 1920, dated Ruhla, 3 April 1920, and bearing two printed signature facsimiles of the joint municipal authorities. |
