Verwaltungsbezirk des Großherzogtums Sachsen; the arms of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach appear in the lower left corner, the date 'Eisenach, den 24. Oktober 1918' is printed at the lower centre flanked by two manuscript signatures above the printed titles of the issuing officials, and a red serial number is printed at the right. |
