| Obverse description | Draped head of Proserpina facing right, her hair elaborately dressed and bound, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition characteristic of Sicilian municipal bronzes. A legend surrounds the effigy in the field, divided across both sides of the bust. The portrait displays fine facial modeling with pronounced features, consistent with late Republican provincial die-cutting. |
