The province name AĞRI and the inscription İSHAK PAŞA SARAYI appear in the upper field. The bilingual peripheral legend reads TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ to the left and REPUBLIC OF TURKEY to the right, separated by a crescent-and-star device at the top, with the denomination 20 Türk Lirası and the date 2014 inscribed along the lower border.
