| Obverse description | The obverse features an ornate decorative composition in two registers: an upper band of stylised lace-like pointed arches adorned with floral and beaded motifs, and a lower band of intricate scrolling arabesques with foliate and geometric elements, all rendered in high relief against a polished field. At the centre, a three-line legend commemorates the centenary of friendship between Türkiye and the Netherlands, with the founding date '16 AĞUSTOS 1924' below. The circular legend reads 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ' on the left and 'REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE' on the right, with the Turkish crescent-and-star emblem at the top.
