| Obverse description | Central device comprises a naval anchor with chain, flanked symmetrically by two scrolled banners, one bearing a crescent and star motif. The inscription '125. Yıl' appears prominently in the upper field, commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Ertuğrul frigate's sinking. A crescent and star symbol is positioned at the top of the coin between the bilingual legend. The circular legend reads 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ' on the left and 'REPUBLIC OF TURKEY' on the right, with the denomination '20 Türk Lirası' and the date '2015' inscribed along the lower border, separated by dots.
