| Beschrijving voorzijde | The central field bears a prominent three-line inscribed quotation in Turkish capitals — CESARET, YÜREKLİLİK, ATILGANLIK — followed in smaller lettering by the continuation 'olmayan hiçbir dava başarıya ulaşamaz' ('No cause can be successful without courage and assertiveness'), attributed to Alparslan Türkeş. A facsimile signature of Alparslan TÜRKEŞ appears below the quotation. The peripheral legend reads TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ to the left and REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE to the right, with a crescent-and-star emblem at the top. The denomination 20 Türk Lirası and the date 2023 are inscribed along the lower border. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Alparslan Türkeş founded the Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) in 1969 and remains the defining ideological figure of Turkish ultranationalist politics. He died in 1997, and this issue marks the centenary of his birth. The Turkish Mint has produced a growing series of commemorative silver pieces honoring political and cultural figures, though Türkeş is among the more politically charged selections — the MHP has been a coalition partner in government since 2018.
