| Obverse description | Within a ring of fourteen stars, the central field features the stylized centennial logo '100 YIL' (100 Years) in large numerals, accompanied by the cursive inscription 'Nice sağlıklı nesillere' (To many healthy generations). Below the logo appears the Yeşilay (Green Crescent) emblem with the organization's name 'YEŞİLAY' and the commemorative dates '1920-2020'.
