At left, a large guilloche rosette frames the numeral '20', with a rectangular panel bearing the guarantee text. The header inscription 'LATVIJAS VALSTS KASES ZĪME' runs across the top, with 'DIVDESMIT LATU' in bold lettering at center, serial number 'A 005235' appearing twice, and two manuscript signatures with titles below, dated 'RĪGĀ, 1940'. |
