Obverse description	Printed in blue on white paper, the obverse bears a central vignette of the Academy of Agriculture building in Jelgava, rendered in fine intaglio line work with trees to the right. At left, a large guilloche rosette frames the numeral '20', with a rectangular panel bearing the guarantee text. The header inscription 'LATVIJAS VALSTS KASES ZĪME' runs across the top, with 'DIVDESMIT LATU' in bold lettering at center, serial number 'A 005235' appearing twice, and two manuscript signatures with titles below, dated 'RĪGĀ, 1940'.
