| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is framed by an intricate guilloche border with ornate corner motifs and lateral panels of dense arabesque scrollwork. At the top centre, the imperial tughra of Sultan Abdülmecid I is engraved, flanked by the numeral '20' in each upper corner. The central field carries multi-line Ottoman calligraphic text in naskh script identifying the note as a state treasury obligation, with an oval guilloche vignette at the lower centre. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is dominated by a large circular wreath of oak and laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow, enclosing several lines of Ottoman calligraphic text in naskh script. The date 1277 AH appears at the foot of the inscription within the wreath. Below the wreath sits a circular guilloche seal or stamp impression, set against a plain, lightly textured paper ground. |
