A small floral spray with rosette buds appears to the right of the tughra. The inner field is enclosed within a distinctive scalloped or polylobed border composed of alternating crescent-shaped arcs and small rosette ornaments, interspersed with six-pointed stars throughout. The regnal year notation appears in Arabic numerals at the base of the tughra. The outer rim features a continuous beaded or rope-twist border. |
