| Reverse description | The enthroned Madonna with the Christ Child seated upon a decorated pedestal occupies the central field, serving as the traditional Patrona Bavariae image. The denomination numeral '20' appears on the pedestal, with the date divided to either side of the figure. Laurel and palm branches flank the central device symmetrically to the left and right, framing the composition. The reverse legend 'PATRONA - BAVARIAE' is divided by the central figure, running along the upper arc of the coin. The overall design follows the established Bavarian Marian devotional iconography used throughout the 18th century. |
