| Reverse description | The elaborately quartered coat of arms of the Archbishopric of Salzburg, surmounted by a princely crown and flanked by two heraldic supporters, occupies the central field. The shield incorporates the traditional arms of Salzburg — a divided field featuring a lion passant and horizontal bars — with ecclesiastical insignia including a cross and papal symbols prominently displayed above. Decorative mantling issues from the crowned helm, framing the composition symmetrically. In the exergue, the date and denomination are displayed across the lower field in the format 17 * 20 * 92, with the value 20 (Kreuzer) prominently centered between the split date. The overall design is characteristic of late Habsburg ecclesiastical heraldic coinage, richly detailed and precisely struck. |
