| Aanvullende informatie |
Fürstenberg-Stühlingen was absorbed into Baden just two years after this coin was struck, making 1804 one of the final years the principality exercised independent minting rights. The Congress of the Rhine Confederation in 1806 effectively extinguished the sovereign authority of dozens of such small German states, and Charles Joachim was among the last ruling princes to issue coinage under the old Imperial framework before mediatization stripped the family of sovereignty entirely.
