| Reverse description | The denomination and date are inscribed in three lines within the central field, reading 20 / KREUZER / · 1738 ·, with the mintmaster's initial T placed below the date. The inscription is enclosed within a symmetrical wreath of broad palm fronds tied at the base with a decorative bow or rosette, the fronds sweeping elegantly outward to either side. The whole is contained within a finely toothed or beaded border typical of Swiss milled coinage of the period. The reverse design is clean and heraldic in character, emphasising the coin's denominational information in a bold, legible format. |
