| Obverse description | Draped bust of Margrave Frederick III of Brandenburg-Bayreuth facing right, rendered in high relief in the Baroque style, with flowing periwig and lace cravat, set within an open laurel wreath tied with a ribbon bow at the base. A six-pointed star ornament appears at the foot of the bust between the wreath branches. The encircling Latin legend reads FRIDERICVS D·G·M·B:D·P·ET S·B·N·, distributed around the outer field, with the toothed milled border running along the entire rim. |
