| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field features the Slovak heraldic shield displaying a double-barred (patriarchal) cross rising from a three-peaked mountain base, enclosed within an ornate wreath of olive branches tied at the base with a ribbon. The denomination '20' appears to the left and 'Ks' to the right of the wreath. The legend 'SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA' curves along the upper rim in bold Latin lettering. A beaded border frames the entire design. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
This piece commemorates Jozef Tiso, the Catholic priest who served as president of the Slovak Republic from 1939 to 1945 — a Nazi client state whose government actively collaborated in the deportation of over 70,000 Slovak Jews to German extermination camps. Tiso was executed for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Bratislava in April 1947.
Its 2002 issue by the Slovak Mint provoked immediate controversy, as critics argued the state was effectively commemorating a convicted war criminal. The edition was not withdrawn.
