| Beschrijving voorzijde | An intaglio-engraved vignette on the right side presents a sculptural rendering of Jan Žižka, the celebrated Hussite military commander, rendered in dark blue tones against a light blue guilloche underprint. The centre of the note is occupied by an elaborate multicolour rosette incorporating the Czechoslovak state coat of arms, flanked by the denomination numeral '20' at upper left and lower right. The issuing authority inscription 'BANKOVKA STÁTNÍ BANKY ČESKOSLOVENSKÉ' and the value legend 'DVACET KORUN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH' are printed in bold letterpress above and across the guilloche centrepiece, with the date '1970' set within the rosette. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large intaglio vignette on the right half reproduces a medieval illuminated-manuscript scene of Hussite soldiers: a mounted warrior accompanied by foot soldiers bearing a banner inscribed with a Gothic-script legend, rendered in fine dark blue engraving. The left half carries a bold geometric guilloche in red, violet, and blue over a pale blue underprint, with the denomination text 'DVACET KORUN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH' overprinted across it. The serial number prefix and numerals appear in red at upper and lower right, flanking the engraved vignette. |
