The wings are elaborately detailed and bear six subsidiary shields depicting the arms of various Russian territories. Mint engraver's initials 'Ф Б' appear in the lower field beneath the eagle's tail, flanking the decorative scroll. The whole is encircled by a fine toothed border. |
