Obverse description	The obverse is printed on a salmon-pink polymer substrate with traditional Melanesian geometric underprint patterns across the field. At left, the national coat of arms of Papua New Guinea is rendered in intaglio within a decorative vignette, accompanied by two facsimile signatures — that of the Governor and the Secretary, Department of Treasury — with their respective titles below. The centre-right presents a large intaglio vignette of the Papua New Guinea Parliament House in Port Moresby, flanked at upper right by the denomination numeral '20' and a stylised traditional Sepik spirit motif, with the inscription 'TWENTY KINA' and a transparent registration window incorporating a bird of paradise design.
