| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a full-length frontal figure of Archangel Michael rendered in high relief in the Byzantine iconographic tradition, clad in Roman military armour with a cross-adorned breastplate, holding an upraised sword in his right hand, his large feathered wings spread wide and a radiate nimbus encircling his head. Four silhouetted figures of modern Ukrainian soldiers armed with rifles are positioned symmetrically in the field to the left and right of the archangel, with stylised crossed weapons visible at lower left and right. In the upper field, silhouettes of military helicopters are depicted in flight above the archangel's wings.
