To the right, the denomination numeral '20' appears in a ruled box at upper right and again at lower right flanked by hatched panels, with the text 'GUTSCHEIN ÜBER ZWANZIG HELLER' in bold Art Nouveau lettering and the validity and counterfeiting warning inscriptions below; the issuer name 'GEMEINDE ZWETTL' is set in spaced capitals at lower centre. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse, also printed in green on buff paper, carries an elaborate floral and fruit-garland border framing the entire composition. A central rectangular vignette shows a rural landscape with a farmstead and rolling hills. To the left, an oval municipal seal with a church tower vignette is inscribed 'GEMEINDE ZWETTL' and flanked by the denomination 'ZWANZIG HELLER'; to the right, a heraldic shield bearing a 'W' monogram surmounted by a cross and eagle's head repeats the denomination 'ZWANZIG HELLER'. Below the vignette the validity date is stated, followed by a full redemption text in letterpress. Two manuscript signatures appear at the foot, attributed to the Gemeinderatsvorsitzender (deputy council chairman) at left and the Bürgermeister (mayor) at right, with a small oval stamp at centre. |
