| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in dark brown on a light beige paper with a fine stippled underprint. At left, a vignette portrays a uniformed soldier at rest with a rifle and a worker bearing tools, framed by an oak-leaf border; at right, a vignette of the local church tower rises above rooftops within a matching oak-leaf surround. Denomination numerals '20' appear in bold black-framed cartouches at each upper corner, with the issuing authority text and expiry date inscribed in Gothic script across the centre, above three manuscript facsimile signatures of the municipal officials. |

| Opmerkingen |
Wiener Neudorf's 20 Heller Notgeld of 1920 belongs to the vast wave of municipal emergency currency that flooded Austria after the First World War, when coin shortages made small-denomination transactions nearly impossible. Three signatories — the Bürgermeister, Vizebürgermeister, and Kämmerer — authenticated each note, which was standard practice for Marktgemeinde issues to establish formal municipal liability for redemption.
The JPR1229b designation places this as a variant within the series, likely differing from the 'a' issue in a minor printing or paper detail.
