| 背面描述 | Pictorial reverse designed by H. Kronberger, printed in dark brown on cream stock, with a bold ruled and hatched outer border. The upper register contains the municipal coat of arms — a shield with crossed implements — flanked by red Gothic '20' numerals set within decorative spider-web corner panels and edelweiss motifs. The central vignette presents a dramatic woodcut-style landscape view through the arched entrance of the Eisriesenwelt cave, looking out over an alpine panorama. A caption in red Gothic lettering at the base reads 'Eis-Riesen-Welt: Höhlen-Ausgang', with edelweiss ornaments to either side, and the designer's name 'H. Kronberger' at the lower margin. |

| 备注 |
Werfen is a small market town in the Salzburg valley, and in 1920 its surrounding rural commune — Werfen Land — was issuing its own fractional emergency currency like hundreds of other Austrian municipalities scrambling to fill the coin void left by wartime metal requisitions. These Notgeld pieces were legal locally but carried no obligation beyond the issuing commune's word.
Kiesel was a Salzburg printer that handled a number of regional Notgeld commissions during this period. Kronberger's design credit is relatively unusual for a 20 Heller denomination — most issues at this value received minimal artistic attention.
