背面描述 The reverse is printed in dark blue ink on cream paper within a single-rule rectangular border with stylised art-nouveau corner ornaments and arched framing. Numeral "10" appears in bold type in the upper-left and upper-right corners flanking the heading "Gutschein der Gemeinde Weisskirchen" in Gothic script. A three-line text block in the centre states the municipality's liability guarantee and the validity expiry date of 31 December 1920, followed by the title "Der Bürgermeister" and a manuscript facsimile signature. An anti-counterfeiting legend occupies a panel at the foot of the note.

备注

Weisskirchen — today Bílá Církev in the Czech Republic — was a predominantly German-speaking community in Moravia that issued this Heller note as part of the vast Austrian Notgeld wave following the collapse of the Habsburg economy. The municipal small-change shortage after 1918 was acute enough that hundreds of villages printed their own emergency fractions, most in tiny runs, distributed locally, and redeemed within months.

Survivorship is largely a function of how aggressively collectors pursued these at the time of issue — many Austrian Notgeld pieces were bought directly from issuing offices and never spent at all.
