| 备注 |
Viehdorf is a small agricultural commune in Lower Austria, and this 20 Heller note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept Austrian municipalities after the First World War left the country's small-denomination coinage effectively non-existent. Printed by J. Kielar in the nearby market town of Tulln — a logical choice for a village without its own press — the note bears the signatures of three local officials, which was the standard legitimizing mechanism when no central banking authority was endorsing the issue.
The designer credit to Steffi Reinelt is unusually specific for a village Notgeld of this scale.
