| Obverse description | Grey-blue guilloche underprint covers the entire field, over which a central vignette presents a rural village scene with a large timber-framed farmhouse and barn in the foreground and a church steeple rising behind to the right. A decorative ribbon banner at the top bears the locality name in Gothic script, flanked by foliate scrollwork, while the denomination numeral '20' appears at lower left and right alongside the word 'Heller'.
