| Obverse description | Black letterpress print on yellow paper with a fine guilloche underprint. The central field carries the large denomination inscription "Gutschein / Zwanzig Heller" flanked on both the left and right by rectangular vignettes each enclosing an Imperial Austro-Hungarian double-headed eagle, with the numeral "20" and "Heller" below each vignette. A cursive facsimile signature of Rittermann, Ing.-Lt. appears in the lower centre, above the validity clause restricting use to prisoner-of-war workers within the construction site, with the printer's imprint of Haas & Comp., Steyr at the foot. |
