正面描述	The obverse carries the denomination numeral '20' in large bold Gothic type at both upper corners, with 'Heller' inscribed below each. A central vignette presents a detailed line-engraved panoramic view of the town of St. Veit an der Triesting, with a church steeple rising above a cluster of village buildings set against a hilly landscape. Decorative foliate borders frame the left and right edges, and below the vignette appear three manuscript signatures of municipal officials.

背面描述	The reverse is printed entirely in dark red-brown letterpress on plain paper and carries the full text of the emergency currency ordinance in Gothic blackletter script. A faint light-blue underprint is visible in the background. The imprint of the printer appears at the foot of the note.
背面铭文	Gutschein der Gemeinde St. Veit a. d. Triesting über Zwanzig Heller. Zur Behebung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde St. Veit a. d. Triesting auf Grund des Gemeinderatsbeschlusses vom 17. Juni 1920 Gutscheine bis zu einem Gesamtbetrage von fünfzigtausend Kronen aus. Diese Gutscheine werden in der Zeit vom 1. bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 1920 von der Gemeinde in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Nachahmung dieses Scheines wird gesetzl. bestraft. Druck M. Engel & Söhne, Wien, VII.
