Obverse description Red-ground Notgeld coupon printed in black Gothic (Fraktur) letterpress. The large denomination numeral and script '20 Heller' appear at the top, followed by the date and place of issue. A central oval underprint panel carries the redemption text, below which the Bürgermeister's name and three Gemeinderäte are inscribed. An anti-counterfeiting warning runs along the lower border, with the printer's imprint at the foot.

Reverse description Red ground with a central woodcut-style vignette of a robed bishop saint seated on a throne, holding a crozier, with a heraldic shield at his side and flanked by two crouching animals. The denomination '20 Heller' appears in large Gothic numerals at upper left and lower centre, with 'Gemeinde Siezenheim' inscribed below the vignette. A continuous aphoristic text in Gothic script runs along all four borders of the note, inverted on the lower edge.
