| 正面铭文 | Gemeinde Schönau i. M. Ruine Prandegg 20 zwanzig Heller |
| 背面描述 | The reverse, also in reddish-brown on cream paper, is dominated by a central text block set within a guilloche-bordered panel, containing the full legal redemption text issued by resolution of 6 June 1920 for a total of 50,000 Kronen, redeemable at the Gemeindekasse until 31 December 1920. A four-line rhyming verse in Gothic script occupies a scroll banner at the top, flanked by foliate sprays, and the Bürgermeister's facsimile signature appears below the main text. A warning against counterfeiting is printed in a ruled panel along the lower margin. |

| 备注 |
Austrian municipal emergency money — Notgeld — flooded the country after 1918 as the collapsed Habsburg currency system left local governments unable to obtain adequate coin for day-to-day transactions. Schönau im Mühlkreis, a small parish in Upper Austria, issued this 20 Heller note as a purely functional response to that shortage, with no expectation it would circulate beyond the immediate community.
The JPR reference places this within the Jaksch catalog of Austrian local issues, where the "b" suffix denotes a variant within the series — likely a color or paper difference from the primary type.
