At the top centre, a vignette of a clasped hand emerging from foliage flanks a wreath of laurel and oak sprays. Denomination numerals '20' appear in circular cartouches at left and right, each inscribed 'Heller' below, while the central text panel carries the issuing authority, the denomination inscription, and the redemption clause with the mayor's printed signature. |
