| Obverse description | Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse is enclosed within an ornate letterpress border of floral and foliate scrollwork, with fan-shaped guilloche rosettes at the four corners. At the top centre, a vignette of a clasped hand emerging from foliage flanks a wreath of laurel and oak sprays. Denomination numerals '20' appear in circular cartouches at left and right, each inscribed 'Heller' below, while the central text panel carries the issuing authority, the denomination inscription, and the redemption clause with the mayor's printed signature. |
