The issuer's name 'Gemeinde Reichersberg a.I.' is inscribed in large Gothic script across the top. The central vignette consists of a framed guilloche underprint bearing the large numeral '20' above the denomination legend 'Heller' in a decorative cartouche; to the left, a text block in German records the municipal council resolution of 24 May 1920 guaranteeing redemption, while to the right the validity date of 31 December 1920, a forgery warning, and the facsimile signature of Bürgermeister Karl Oettl are printed. |
