| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in dark green on cream paper, the obverse presents a regional folk-art vignette centred on a view of Payerbach with a church steeple and rolling hills, flanked by a male figure in traditional Tyrolean costume at left and a dirndl-clad woman with a flower basket at right. The denomination '20' appears in starburst cartouches at the upper corners, with 'Kassenschein' on a ribbon banner above the vignette and 'Zwanzig Heller' in large Gothic script below. Municipal liability text and the titles of the three signatories are set in smaller Gothic type along the lower margin. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is executed entirely in black letterpress on plain cream paper, with no pictorial ornament. The heading 'Kassenschein der Gemeinde Payerbach N. Ö.' is set in bold Gothic display type above the denomination 'über 20 Heller.', followed by a full paragraph of redemption conditions in smaller Gothic text specifying the validity and encashment period. The designer and printer credits appear as imprint lines at the lower margin. |
