The central panel presents a bird's-eye view of Schloss Gezendorf (labelled 'Ciezendorff 1467'), flanked on the left by a view of Götzendorf village with its church tower (labelled 'Götzendorf 1899') and on the upper left by the heraldic shield of the Lords of Gezendorf ('Wappen der Herrn von Gezendorf'), while the right panel contains a period portrait figure captioned 'Ritter Sebastian v. Geyb auf Gezendorf 1563'. At centre below sits the elaborately rendered coat of arms of the Counts Gebl auf Gezendorf, accompanied by a ribbon scroll inscription, with the denomination '20 Heller' in bold Gothic lettering at lower left and the locality name 'Alt-Götzendorf' at lower right. |
