The lower section carries three text panels in Gothic script: the left panel states the municipality's liability under the law of 4 May 1920 until 31 December 1920; the centre panel bears a dialect verse beginning 'Der Mensch ohne Geld ist arm in der Welt'; and the right panel gives the redemption notice and bears a manuscript signature. A red letter 'C' appears at lower left, indicating the print variant. |
