| Opis awersu | Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse is divided into two vertical panels: a left column bearing the large denomination numeral '20' above the word 'Heller', flanked by parallel vertical rules, and a wider right text panel enclosed within a fine-rule border. The text panel carries the municipal voucher declaration, stating authorization by the Gemeinderatsbeschluss of 24 April 1920 and the obligation to redeem the note in legal tender by 31 December 1920. The mayor's signature line 'Der Bürgermeister: Albert Plaß' appears above a boxed anti-counterfeiting warning at the foot. |
