| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is set in a decorative letterpress composition with a central vignette of a standing civic figure in traditional dress, flanked by a church tower to the left and a townscape to the right, rendered in fine line engraving. The denomination "20" appears in large numerals in both upper corners, with the Gothic-script heading "Zwanzig Heller" arching across the top. The lower portion carries manuscript-style signatures, the date "1920", and the issuing authority inscription within a ruled border. |

The central text block, arranged in justified paragraphs, sets out the legal conditions of issue and the redemption terms of the Notgeld. A bold warning line at the foot reads "Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft" (Counterfeiting is punishable by law), and a printer's imprint appears in small type at the very bottom. |
