The denomination '20 Heller' is rendered in large stylised numerals within ruled rectangular panels at upper left and upper right, each flanked below by the municipal coat of arms of Mürzzuschlag — a shield bearing a castle motif. A decorative horizontal band with repeating ornamental elements runs along the lower margin, with the printer's imprint 'A.J.
