| Obverse description | Printed in violet on cream paper, the obverse carries a line-engraved vignette at left showing the Basilica of Mariazell set against a mountainous backdrop. To the right, a text panel in Gothic blackletter script bears the denomination '20 Zwanzig Heller', the issuer's name 'Josef Rohrbacher', and a redemption clause. A decorative geometric border frames the entire note, with the validity notice 'Giltig nur bis einschl. 30. September 1920' and a counterfeiting warning inscribed along the lower margin. |
