| 正面描述 | Printed in dark green ink on pale buff paper with a fine guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the denomination numeral '20' in circular vignettes at upper left and right, each flanked by ornamental foliage borders and surmounted by the municipal coat of arms of Loosdorf — a rearing unicorn on a shield. A central engraved portrait bust of a bearded male figure occupies a rectangular frame, above which the guarantee text affirms the commune's full asset liability, with manuscript signature lines for 'Der Finanzreferent' and 'Der Bürgermeister' positioned above the portrait. The issuer designation 'Marktgemeinde LOOSDORF' appears in a cartouche at lower left, with the validity inscription 'Giltig bis 31. Dez. 1920' in a corresponding cartouche at lower right. |

| 备注 |
One of thousands of Austrian municipal Notgeld issues produced between 1919 and 1922, this Loosdorf 20 Heller emerged from the acute small-change shortage that followed the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian monetary system. With coins effectively withdrawn from circulation and the new Austrian crown still unstable, market towns were left to print their own fractional currency — legally tolerated, locally redeemed, and theoretically temporary.
Loosdorf is a small Lower Austrian market town in the Melk district. The printing was done locally, which generally means modest production values and uneven ink coverage — a practical job, not a collector piece by design.
