| 背面描述 | The reverse is largely plain, with the edition designation '2. Auflage' (Second Issue) printed in Gothic blackletter at the top centre. Below it, centred on the note, is a heraldic vignette of two overlapping shields surmounted by a crested tournament helm with mantling, identified by flanking inscriptions as the arms of the Chreusspache family, dated 1299 and 1360 respectively; the left shield bears a bird and the right a crayfish or similar creature. |

| 备注 |
Kreisbach is a small village in Lower Austria, and like hundreds of similarly modest municipalities, it issued its own emergency currency — Notgeld — during the acute coin shortage that followed the collapse of the Habsburg economy. The 20 Heller denomination sits at the lower end of what was practical to print; most communes issued 10, 20, and 50 Heller to replace the small coins that had vanished from circulation almost entirely by 1919–1920.
Gutenberg in St. Pölten handled a significant volume of Lower Austrian Notgeld commissions during this period, which means the printing quality here is generally reliable, if unambitious. The JPR470b designation indicates a variant within the Kreisbach issue — likely a color or paper distinction from the 'a' type.
