Below, a legal text block states the notes are interest-free, that the municipality pledges all its movable and immovable assets as security, and that redemption is valid from 15 to 30 November 1920 at the municipal treasury. The lower section bears the printed titles 'Vize-Bürgermeister:', 'Bürgermeister:', and 'Gemeinderat:' with three manuscript signatures beneath. |
